The best way to get a ride on a public transportation app is to use a driver who is familiar with the city and has the experience of driving a taxi or limo.
But Uber has a problem.
It’s hard to find the right person to get you a ride, and Uber drivers are often unfamiliar with the way to do things in a city.
The company has also struggled to attract the most experienced drivers.
A new study by University of California, Berkeley, researchers finds that Uber drivers in New York City are much more likely to be overqualified than drivers in the rest of the country.
Uber’s driver-partnership with Lyft and Sidecar is now in its sixth year.
The study found that, between 2011 and 2014, Uber drivers had an average of 10 years of experience, compared with the average of 4.5 years for Lyft drivers.
The drivers in this study had less experience than drivers of other public transportation companies.
“The more experience you have, the better you get,” said lead author David Wohl, an assistant professor of public policy at UC Berkeley.
“But it’s not clear that that’s the whole story.
The fact that they had the experience that we had, they had more experience than people with similar experience.”
In addition, the study found drivers of public transportation were much less likely to drive to a destination than drivers driving for taxis, and drivers with the least experience were more likely than drivers with more experience to drive with a friend or colleague.
“We are really in the early days of a new era in the transportation system, where more people have access to cars and the ability to move around more,” said Michael B. Riggs, the director of transportation at the Brookings Institution.
“And if you’re not willing to do that, it means there’s not a whole lot of choice.”
The study is the first to track drivers’ experience with the public transportation system.
The researchers also examined drivers’ drivers’ Uber and Lyft records and drivers’ driving behavior, including how often they drove, how often the driver was in a hurry, how many passengers they had, and the frequency of their trips.
In all, they collected a total of 5,838 drivers, which was about the same as the number of Uber and other ride-hailing companies in New England.
The most experienced Uber drivers, who had more than a decade of driving experience, had an experience rating of 82.8, compared to 76.7 for Lyft and 78.7 of Uber.
The least experienced Uber and taxi drivers had ratings of 56.4 and 49.6, respectively.
The average driver had 6.3 years of driving history, and 7.6 had 10 years.
Overall, the average driver’s average experience was 6.6 years.
The data also showed that drivers were more frequently pulled over than other drivers, and were also more likely as a group to drive at high speeds.
The report shows that drivers of the highest-rated public transportation systems are much less frequently pulled by police, which could be a sign that their experience is lacking.
Uber, Lyft and other companies have struggled to find a way to improve the quality of its drivers.
In the last year, the company has worked to improve its relationship with local police.
In New York, the city has adopted a pilot program called Smart Patrol that provides Uber and similar ride-sharing services with the technology to automatically check the status of drivers and passengers who arrive at their destinations.
The city also recently launched a pilot project that provides a $2 million grant to companies that have developed and implemented a system to detect drivers who are being overqualified.
But even if the city can improve its pilot program, it will not make the Uber and others better off.
The program is designed to provide better services to riders but is not meant to be a substitute for a licensed taxi driver.
A licensed taxi is required to pass a background check and is required by the state of New York to follow the same rules for its drivers that they do for passengers.
Uber and many other ride sharing companies have taken the position that their drivers are not required to follow those same rules.
The Uber pilot program does not have the same requirements as a licensed cab, which is why it has so many riders who have been pulled over.
“Uber’s drivers, like taxi drivers, don’t have to follow all the same regulations and regulations that the rest have to meet,” said Uber spokesman David Vos.
“You’re going to have to go to the DMV, the cops, the courts, the DMV to get that license.”
Riggs said it is unlikely that drivers will be forced to become licensed drivers.
“They’ll continue to operate under their own rules,” he said.
“There’s no reason why they would want to become a licensed driver.”
Wohl said the findings underscore the need for Uber to get better at vetting its drivers and finding the best ones to drive.
“I don’t think Uber has done much to improve on its reputation
